As we all know, there are many yakuza, violent groups, in Japan. In Sakura School Simulator, Momo-gumi is one of them. It is easy to find it in the menu of Area Move in the game. 

After using the tranfer function, you will find a guy in pink suit in front of their group's gate. Knock him down, and their boss will appear.

Then, beat the boss. Finally, no one stops you, and you can use the propeller to move to the rooftop. Find the light ring, which is the entrance of Momo-gumi inside.
