Real Assist is AR based Remote Assistance Cross-Platform solution that enables enterprise to leverage efficient, schedule based and AR enabled capabilities with live annotations for providing remote and virtual support. Each annotation control can be disposed automatically after its rendered or can stay on screen as long as the instructor would like to. During the live support sessions, host can reconfigure annotation as well. Real Assist is currently available for Windows, Mac, iOS and Android Platforms.
